2026 Personal Injury Waiver
I (Full Name) assume all risk of personal injury, including death and damage to person property sustained during events hosted by Cut Shot Volleyball Events and Promotions and release Cut Shot Volleyball Events and Promotions from any and all Liability for an injury, death or damages, suffered by the attendee during the duration of any events that I attend during the below mentioned period of time, whether due to negligence of the released parties, their respective agents, or peers.
I agree to defend, indemnify and hold Cut Shot Volleyball and any of its officers, employees and other released parties harmless from and against any and all actions, suits, claims, demands, causes of action, proceedings, losses, costs, expenses including, without limitation, all attorney fees and disbursements, damages, liability, and fines or penalties, in any way arising out of or relating to, connected with directly or indirectly, the use of the premises regardless of whether there is active or passive negligence or fault on the part of Cut Shot Volleyball Events and Promotions, and any of its affiliates.
Waiver Agreement Dates: Period Beginning 1/1/2026 Until 12/31/2026
